Delivery Timeline

All domestic orders are shipped across India through our trusted courier partners. Depending on your location, your order will typically reach you within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all domestic orders, regardless of location or order value.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation notification once your package is shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds
  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (including the ₹70 shipping fee) will be issued.
  • In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, you will receive a 100% refund including shipping charges.
  • For partial cancellations requested by the customer, ZAYRAAH reserves the right to apply the standard ₹70 shipping fee.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All domestic orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our products, international orders are non returnable and non exchangeable unless the item is damaged during transit. In such cases, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
